The office staff is truly caring. Dental assistant is very talented and does far more than any other dental assistant I have ever experienced. The dentist is very good, efficient, and caring.

My four front teeth had cavities and were discolored. My Dentist restored the teeth my using crowns that had a bright white color to the crowns and now I have a great white smile with my new crowns

I want to start by saying I am not the kind of person who goes out of her way to leave a review, however this happened to be a rotten experience from beginning to end. I had to wait an hour just to be seen at both appointments. I was misquoted and double charged, again at BOTH appointments. The first appointment, I left in tears. The second appointment, left very frustrated. The people at the front desk are very much not on the same page. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or what’s going on there but unfortunately that’s the truth of the matter. The dental hygienist that worked on me also lacked bedside manner. Asked unnecessary questions that could’ve been avoided had she read my chart and also made a couple unnecessary comments that also could’ve been avoided had my chart been read. She kept spraying my face with water, it was really frustrating. I know it’s common for some backsplash but the amount which was spraying me seemed very unnecessary. Maybe it’s their tools and not her, who knows. I chose biological dentistry because I really value my health and for the price tag I really expected more. Very disappointed. I feel bad for Dr. Jones, I’m sure she expects better from h
